Second time doing a bake Cheesecake.
First was with Mango topping but I forgot to take pictures, lol. Was realy tasty!
Sadly both had breaks in them.
I both baked them 230° for 10 minutes, set the temperature down to 110° and baked for another 80 minutes.
With the first cake I then opened it and took it out. Second, the one in the pictures, I left in the oven but put a spatula in to the oven door so some warmth could get out.
I guess next time I just turn off the oven and let it cool off completely in it, hoping for it not to have breaks/scars/crevices on top.
Still was super tasty!
