For me personally, those marshmallow are burned on the top. Too much bitter flavor probably.
But the plating overall is beautiful.

Fantastic. What sort of meringue is it? I used to run a s’mores semifreddo that started with making homemade fluff, but slowly became Italian meringue cooked to a higher temp and with more sugar than usual.
