  1. How did you make your graham crumble? I am usually not a fan of a bunch of dots and domes but I find this appealing. Your gelato scoop is beautiful.

    For me personally, those marshmallow are burned on the top. Too much bitter flavor probably.

    But the plating overall is beautiful.

    Fantastic. What sort of meringue is it? I used to run a s’mores semifreddo that started with making homemade fluff, but slowly became Italian meringue cooked to a higher temp and with more sugar than usual.
