Not a chef by any means so take this with a grain of salt but personally I would be pretty disappointed if this plate came out. Presentation to me reads as overall messy – it really just looks like a white chocolate bar with some stuff slapped on top.
In my mind the chocolate bar is the centerpiece, so it should be cleanly executed and well defined on the plate. Any accents should support the center piece – in this case the drizzle heavily distracts the eye and undermines visual cohesion significantly rather than supporting it. The caviar seems thrown in as an afterthought.
Again I’m not a chef so these may be horrible ideas but what immediately comes to mind is getting the “crosshatch” drizzle done off the plate so you get the horizontal lining on the bar without the slop on the dish, and adding some red accent to go with whatever’s in the glass up right and help balance the black from the caviar slightly. Idk anything about caviar so you can find something to pair with it that’s red and tastes good lol.
Again just my thoughts, so feel free to discard them wholesale lmao. I doubt I could execute this better so this feedback comes purely from the perspective of a somewhat discerning consumer.
