    Something very strange about every element of this dish. I would go so far as to say grotesque? The sauce and the spheres on the fish just look like horror movie makeup. But in general, there are far too many items and far too many separate elements on this plate that don’t seem to be supporting one-another visually or flavor-wise. I would really focus on subtraction in a major way
