    Looks beautiful and sounds delicious! Thumbelinas are my favorite carrot variety! A thin slice on those might showcase their beautiful shape and the size would work well with your plating. Just a thought. Well done chef.

    looks great only thing i can say is add the oil in odd numbers. like most of the drops are in 4 maybe try the drops in 5 or 3?
