Beautiful and super appetizing! I wonder if a colorful glaze on top would make the dish pop more. Although the green from the might be enough.

Looks gorgeous, very classy. Like it would be served at a luxury hotel restaurant. Great job. My only question is whether it wouldn’t have been better to do something with the bananas, they’re looking a bit nude. Like a bananas foster type of thing with a blueberry compote or something. There seems to be a sauce there underneath, whT is it?
