Unhappy with the plating on this, looking for feedback and alternatives. It was a practice bake for an upcoming mystery basket competition so some of the ingredients were required elements, such as the groats.
I do wish I had done a blackberrie couli or gel instead of leaving them mostly whole.

Tighten everything and maybe less of each of the components outside of the tartlet. I’d consider even doing the other components on the tartlet. Perhaps on just half of it and leaving the other half as a sort of negative space. As is it kind of looks like the tartlet is about to get gangbanged by the other ingredients.
