Cleaner Plate of the Yellowtail ceviche I posted earlier today.
Sauce is made from cilantro, scallion top, Serrano chili, garlic, ginger, white soy, sugar, maggi, sesame oil, lemon juice to order. Super delicious. Light and bright with great textures.

I’m good on all the flowers on top. Try using a plate that isn’t green. You can’t really tell where the dish starts and the plate ends. Cool looking otherwise.

Remove the flower things all together.
Don’t use plate that share the same shade of colors with your food, in this case, your food is yellow/green/white, go with a black plate or something, the color will pop a lot more!
