I made marinaded Costco prime “filets” topped with Gorgonzola cheese, sweet potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, and green beans. Oh, and you can’t forget the zip sauce!

  1. blackstone owner here. My favorite thing about owning a griddle is the superior sears on steaks. The 2nd side of a steak on a cast iron pan is never as hot because the first side has cooled it, and having a bigger surface area to sear the second side on a fresh part of the hot griddle is everything for sears.
