After about 7 years of wanting a pellet grill (and specifically a Traeger), I finally joined the Traegerhood this weekend! I got a Woodridge Pro from Home Depot and love it!

For the first cook, I cooked some 1/2lb burgers with a mix of Traeger Apple pellets and Royal Oak Charcoal. First set of 4 were cooked on super smoke at 225 for 30 minutes before 10 minutes at 450 whereas as the last 4 were cooked at 425 for 20 minutes. Next time, I’ll run super smoke for at least an hour but otherwise these turned out great!

Hey! It looks like you posted an image!

If this is a photo of one of your cooks, maybe share the recipe and techniques
used, as it’s almost guaranteed one of the first questions you will be asked!

    *What seasoning did you use?

*How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

*Did you use any special tricks or techniques?

    Traeger on!
