    Swedish people and their béarnais! I’ve lived in Sweden now for almost two decades, still haven’t gotten used to béarnais to everything. Nice looking plate of food though!

    Great job. How many egg yolks for your Bernaise sauce did you add some lemon or tarragon vinegar too?
