This is the first thing I've ever made, beside scrambled eggs and oatmeal. That said, I know nothing about baking and cooking, but I wanted to try and make a summer inspired cheesecake.
Obviously the cheese layer is bad and the cutting and everything is poor, but it was my first time and I had no idea what to use and how to do it, I was just reading a recipe.
Anyway, what do you guys think about the plating? Pls dont hate 🙏

Tighten your skills up and I think it looks nice. I’d be excited to be served that as is. What are we looking at, also doesn’t look like your new to photography.
If this had some sort of white sauce that would been a better choice for this plate. Otherwise I’d have gone for something offwhite or beigeish.
And yeah, with practice you’ll get better at the other deets. This is pretty good if you’re serious about this being the first thing you’ve ever cooked. There’s some natural talent there.
(Assuming it tastes good. For all i know it tastes like vomit and you’re just a good photographer 🤣)
