I used a ton of Kashmiri red chili and Tandoori masala because it's spice cabinet cleaning time, and topped it with some fried minced garlic and fresh green peppers. Turned out way better than I expected.

    Correction: green onion, not green peppers. We tend to call scallions/spring onions “green onions” over here, apologies for the confusion.
