    Almost feels like there’s a bit too much empty space, I’m not an expert for sure but maybe try a different plate like u/ohheyhowsitgoin suggested? Or maybe a sauce or gel?

    Pea shoot or whatever looks tired and distracts from the cool cuke treatment. Citrus in the back looks tired too, is it dehydrated? Clean up that seed and bit of whatever next to the gel blob.

    The sesame seeds bring no added value to the dish. The citrus in the back looks pretty sad and why does it look like you torched the top of the salmon. The bottom looks raw, top looks seared for like 10 seconds

    Looks okay but Jesus that giant plate is depressing. My heart would sink so fast if this was served to me.
