Usually the sausage and the egg are cooked in, but wanted to do a bit extra, initially I intended a poached egg, but got lazy. I charred the peppers before, hence the black spots.

I’d smash that in minutes. Not far off r/fryup. We pretty much eat the same but I’d bet this has more paprika than a standard full English.
