Overall I think the dish is inspired but the plating could use some work.
Why go through the trouble of the swirl and then dump all the raspberry on top and cover it up? That also looks like a lot of raspberry in proportion. I also don’t love the raspberry presentation. It’s just kinda plopped on there.
Maybe leave space in the swirl and swirl the raspberry in between, then add the jelly on top to accent. Much cleaner, more proportional and shows off all of your concepts.
