One of my favourite dishes I’ve seen here in a long while. I think it would look a bit cleaner if you only put sauce below the pasta instead of having some on top of it too, but otherwise no complaints from me. I like the bold plate choice too, even though I think it would also look stunning on a simple white plate

A little dramatic, better in a bowl, but I’d eat.
I would say don’t randomly spray the foam on top of the main thing. And, if you put it in a small bowl, you could sort of cover it in those nice looking basil and that would be neat.
