    I like thick noodles, but this is way beyond acceptable for papp. sauce consistency looks good and the flavor combo will work.

    Showcase the prawns more and thin out the pasta, get rid of the mushrooms. That’s a competing flavor, sauce is about the only thing you have that’s decent on this plate.

    Edit: if you don’t like the criticism then get off the “line”. This dish is titled prawn pappardelle. Not pappardelle with mushrooms and prawns. Highlight the protein.
