Yellow cheese in kadaif with sweets and golden spark

It’s crispy on the outside, soft and yammy on the inside, with a golden spark.

It’s made and consumed in Europe – in Bulgaria actually.

I have no idea why it’s automatically marketed as American food, it’s from Bulgaria. I’m trying to post it for third time and this will be my last attempt. Do you know why the platform or the community marks it as American food? I marked it only as “Dinner”.
