1. Fruit onion and garlic in olive oil, chilli flakes, ras el hanout, pepper and salt
  2. Add roasted pumpkin and carrot
  3. Add water and veggie bouillon
  4. Blend with immersion blender
  5. Add some lemon juice
  6. Garnish with Greek yoghurt and Harissa
