    not exactly a smoothly but in a parallel genre I often make a banana mixed in coconut milk and a tablespoon of peanut butter

    Great combo! I like adding berries or spinach for extra flavor and nutrition.

  3. One thing I love is banana espresso. You take some very ripe banana, cut it to smaller chunks and put it in th freezer. You take them out when you want, in the blender they go with some freshly brewed espresso and a splash of milk or soy/oat milk and blend. It’s delicious and refreshing.
