With toasted pumpkin seeds, croutons and Kurbis oil (no cream available)

    I make this occasinally for us at home, I use a Hokkaido usually. One can use the rind from this pumpkin, it gets quite soft when cooked. The soup goes with a few drops of pumpkin seed oil, of course.

    Finally somebody puts pumpkin seed oil on their soup. It’s literally life changing!! Sooo yum
