    Oh my god, I have not had this in 20 years, if not more. Getting sentimental 🤩
    Cinnamon, butter and a bit of sugar are the best toppings

  2. I miss this a lot. Used to get it a lot as a kid,
    a calorie bomb for a growing body. In Hungary cocoa powder or cinnamon are common toppings.

    Considered a defect of technique but I I loved it when it had big chewy lumps of semolina.

  3. Childhood memories. I had both this porridge variant (warm, usually with cinnamon and sugar on top) as well as a more firm pudding variant (cold, usually flavoured with lemon zest and optionally raisins, often served with a bit of raspberry sirup).
