Made with inspiration from this subreddit, flavour wise it can be more cheese and mint forward but overall, I'm pretty happy with the presentation

    colors are cool but it’s so fucking busy.

    Also, you’ve indicated the stylistic choices for the plate were inspired by this sub, what was the inspiration for the components of the dish?

    When you say sourdough, are you talking about the croutons?

    I like it despite it being a little busy. Could maybe put some of the dill on the cheese and leave some watermelon cubes with nothing on top of them.

    I actually like this plate – it’s fun, and yeah, it is busy, but not in a bad way.

    Only thing I’m not sure about is the fennel, I don’t get the flavour to mingle with the mint and watermelon.
