    500g Whole spelt flour

    2 tsp salt

    2 tsp ground coriander seeds

1 tsp bread seasoning (Anis, Fennel, Caraway)

    Combine in a bowl.

    In a separate beaker:

    500ml lukewarm water

    2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

    1 tsp honey

half a cube of baking yeast (~20g)

Mix into dry ingredients with a wooden spoon.

    Add into the dough:

    100g sunflower seeds

    75g roughly shredded flax seeds

    100g roughly crushed walnuts

Pour into a bread tin, that goes in the middle of a cold oven at 200°C for 50-60 min, top and bottom heat, Enjoy!
