Looks nice! Could you another element to get some more color? I would maybe change the arrangement of the glaze, make some nice stripes or puddles or something, the drizzle can look sloppy sometimes. High and tight though, nice color on the fish, glaze looks nice and crisp.

Looks lovely! My only thought is the glaze does looks just a bit too scrambled. Love the concept but that’d be my only thing I’d feel needs a bit of tightening up.

I just know that balsami ✨ hits ✨ . Practically speaking though, maybe the broccolini are too thick? As a personal preference I love them trimmed to reduce the bitterness. Otherwise love the simplicity and homeyness of this dish.

I think this could benefit from being more spread on the plate. Loosen up the plating in the middle and give the redux a loose concentric swirl atop the lot. Then you need something for a pop of color, maybe play with some red miso pickles for more acid.
