Cod in batter, oven baked potatoes and warm sauce

    Ok, as a great sauce fan I really need to ask:

    What do you mean with “warm sauce”? Is this a British culinary term I’ve never heard of? Or just a, well, warm sauce, which I’d expect anyway when served with baked potatoes (ignoring sour cream with wedges etc.)?

    Of what does it consist?
