    I would be excited to put a fork in this; the flavors sound perfectly on point. Constructive criticism: less sweet potato puree and less cherries; your protein to “other” ratio is off and I speculate that there is too much “other” once the duck is eaten. Also, you might want a texture element. Crispy duck skin is there, but maybe (I’m spit balling here) candied/spiced pepitas or nuts, chopped and toasted pistachios, fried rice paper, spiced/savory seafoam, or even an everything bagel tuile will elevate your dish that has a lot of soft elements.
