Looks absolutely delish, would destroy this plate, and lick it after. I do wish the streak was a little cleaner, I can’t help but notice it looks a bit like a dookie streak. I get your direction with the bok choy, completing the ring, but it also looks a little lonely over there.
Heres my completely uneducated 2 cents based on aesthetics, I couldn’t actually execute this better I recon.
