Pork neck and belly výpečky, Karlsbader and breadroll dumplings, sweet cabbage. Kobliha with apricot and strawberry jam filling. I used to be vegetarian for many years, but kept having dreams about výpečky during lockdowns. Now we’re here.

Congratulations on your achievement!
With your first post on EuropeEats we’ve upgraded your status to an official chef. To reflect this, your boring old grey flair **Czech Guest** was replaced with the elusive golden flair **Czech Chef**.
Keep up your work by contributing quality content: it will certainly inspire others!
As a side note: I have to say, your name really stands out from the machine-generated ones — I like it a lot. It’s beneficial to not take a machine-generated suggestion without any reflection. I mean, everybody including me could come up with a random combination like General_Model_7605. You, however! Well done! 🏷

I didn’t know Fat Thursday is also celebrated in Czech! Looks great.
Gorgeous indeed. Love Czech cuisine.
Those doughnuts are heavenly too.
I am a bit jealous.
I had “donuts” this week as well because we celebrate the end of the winter around this time. Do you have a similar tradition? I’m Hungarian.
I’d absolutely destroy these koblihy, bravo chef!
Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better the next photo had dessert. 😍
