
I bought this two orate (sorry, I wasn’t able to find the English translation anywhere) fresh at the market this morning. I seasoned them with some lemon, rosemary, parsley and, of course, salt and pepper. Also some garlic which pairs well with the potatoes. It was delicious.

Nice. It goes really well with garlic and potatoes. prefer a cartoccio and more crunch on my potatoes, but I’d down this for a weekly dinner with a tomato salad and a glass of Zibibbo (vinificato in secco).
