The Trippa (tripes/cow stomach) were pretty tasty, cooked in a tomato sauce with mint. The texture needs some getting used to, though. Will probably not become my favourite meal.

I would like to taste one forkful of that Trippa. I’ve had Tripe before and it was underwhelming at best, but I would be willing to try it again.
