Thank you for your picture post to r/sousvide. We want to remind everyone of Rule #5. Posts should be accompanied by something to foster discussion. A comment, a question, etc is encouraged.
If you’ve posted a picture of something you’ve prepared, please explain why in a comment so people can have some sort of conversation. Simply dropping a picture of food in the sub isn’t really fostering any discussion which is what we’re all aiming for.
Posts that are a picture with no discussion can and will be removed by the mods.
Thank you!!

Looks good! Was the sear enough to warm it up after chilling overnight?

OOooh you have me thinking, I love a good french dip sandwich!
That’s lunch tomorrow for me tomorrow. Although it’s leftover 18 hr 131 eye of round. So good, every damn time!! I normally do 127, but the grandkids looked like they thought it was too rare, 131 it will be for the big family dinners, 125 for just me.

Damn, nicely done. You put the McCormick powder in the sous vide bag? I guess it then mixed with the juices from the roast? Thx.

How did you slice it and were you satisfied with the thickness?

3 way? I see the onion roll and BBQ sauce. And I think I see the cheese.

Could do without the BBQ sauce but looks good otherwise. Invest in a small meat slicer, it’s worth it.
