Try slitting cucumbers like this to help marinate better. Also try adding garlic chives to the spice.

You might wanna know the difference in between Kimchi and Muchim. Kimchi as you know is made with the salt-preserved vegetables and it includes ferment and aging where as the Muchim is with the fresh vegetables like salads.😋- A Korean passing by.
