*Almost* too pretty to eat! I roasted bing cherries at 400 degrees for about 12 minutes until they were soft and blistered. I then blended them in my sweet cream base with a touch of good quality vanilla extract. The brownies are gooey and made with 72% cocoa chocolate chips. So dang delicious. I’m tweaking the recipe and will post it soon!

Looks delicious! I just bought some dried Michigan cherries and plan to soak them in either brandy or rum, then make an ice cream with them. Haven’t worked out the complementary flavor yet.

This looks great and also probably not too bad to adapt to other fruit combos
