Ingredients
- 1 ¼ ounces gin
- 1 ounce blanc or blanco vermouth
- ¾ ounce manzanilla sherry
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Lemon twist.

Preparation
- Pour gin, vermouth, sherry and bitters over ice in a mixing glass. Stir thoroughly to chill. Strain over ice in a rocks glass and rub lemon oil from the twist over the rim of the glass.
