Great – I just woke up (6 am here) and now I’m hungry! Do you deliver? 🤔 Awesome looking plate. I love the textural contrasts. Very inviting.

What did you put into the leek puree to make it that colour?
A few green peas?

I’d like if everything were a bit tighter. The composition feels chaotic. Chicken should be sliced more cleanly (is that a piece hanging off a slice in the bottom corner?) In the top left. I do not like how the leek purée is settling into the brown sauce. The flavors sound lovely though.

Looks pretty good, I agree with the other suggestions that it looks a little too chaotic overall.
Bring the leek purée into the center too, all in one place instead of the swoops – nestle the chicken on top of it. The brown sauce can go either on top of the chicken, or between the chicken and on top of the leek purée. Sometimes it can be nice to see a sauce pooled in the folds of a purée dish.
The broccoli.. I would maybe toast the walnut mixture and sprinkle it on top the broccoli, instead of encrusting, could look nice with a little lemon zest
Overall I would still happily eat this dish, it looks and sounds yummy! Just my personal preference to go for a cleaner more polished look instead of the chaotic wild designs

I would prefer to see the chicken breast sliced and kept together in a cleaner shape – probably reminiscent of the shape of the breast before you cut it. Thinking of something like [this](https://c8t9b2g8.rocketcdn.me/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/Sous-Vide-Chicken-Breast-4-of-8-e1642856187636.jpg) or [this](https://www.seriouseats.com/thmb/ix0DbO6yLRLz4qMC9AmhDmtlh4g=/750×0/filters:no_upscale():max_bytes(150000):strip_icc()/__opt__aboutcom__coeus__resources__content_migration__serious_eats__seriouseats.com__images__2015__06__20150610-sous-vide-chicken-guide-36-764d00a5cb1c44f7a9b60f16b0e1c6ef.jpg).
