    Some self critique would be, more sauce and bigger plate. Since I was not cooking at home I was stuck with some not so nice looking plates. These were the best I could find and while the size was not optimal I thought the color was nice.

    Other than that more sauce should have been used but oh well.

    the cuts on the baby potatoes are inconsistent and too thin – don’t think I’d do more than halve them

    cut the parsley and place on potatoes if you’re looking for more color

    ​

    a simple swoop of the sauce instead of hiding it with the meat

    ​

    the steak looks very good
