I think the onion on top of the zucchini looks silly and makes the whole plate look messy since they aren’t even but were placed like they were intending to be.
IMO either don’t lay them across at all like that, or do it more randomly/artfully. If you try to make something look precise, people will notice that it isn’t. If you instead make it irregular and random (or seeming that way) it will look cleaner and more intentional and well executed.
The rest looks great. I love the look of the charred citrus. I will admit I am curious what you use in a vegan thai curry to make up for the signature savoriness that traditionally comes from the fish sauce and shrimp paste
