I’ve done several iterations of this dish, this was one of the first and am curious about the feedback on this plating

The picture is blurry, which isn’t a great start. The tartare with crispy rice sounds like a good texture combination, the yolk is always nice. Not a fan of the balsamic or the microgreens.
