    Needs some color, maybe add some beet juice to the onion pickling liquid or swap the Serrano slices with Fresno slices. Tomatillo consume sounds delicious.

    Sounds absolutely DELICIOUS. I would eat this in a heart beat. Plating wise I’m really missing color. I also would keep the furikake only on the top of the dish and not around it to keep it cleaner.

    Fun food…I’m not a fan of the speckled plate. Maybe a solid dark color? Black maybe ? Would have to experiment
