    You could tighten up the plating a little bit and get some more height by grouping the meat and mushrooms a little closer. You had the right idea but didn’t totally commit with those two errant pieces out on the side. Maybe a little more sauce underneath too?

    Overall it looks solid, made my mouth water with that picture of wagyu before breakfast. Technique and doneness look good to me at a quick glance.
