I did a kale risotto with golden beets (parm crisps that failed lol). Burrata (homemade so it’s saggy at best) with beet sprouts and a duck fat confit chicken breast (sous vide and seared with a herb cache). Topped it with braised leek, artichoke heart (making dinner is fun when you get to eat the artichoke to get to heart) and a crispy sage, brown butter sauce. It was fun, I know I am not full of greatness on this but hey, cooking is supposed to be fun. Kids loved it.

It really looks and sounds quite nice…the chicken presentation is apparent to me as perhaps benefiting from a bit of refinement…Cheers, I’d happily enjoy it!

I truly think u are too hard on yourself. You’re doing great work and it should make u happy and proud. Believe that!
You could try to put the burrata on the chicken and add a nice drizzle of balsamic.
