  1. Imho it doesn’t harmonise well, there are too many clashing compositions (e.g., the chicken & the radish element reminds me of a ox cart with leafy decorations, not something I want to eat). Also, the bag & sauce work is not clean and the plate has a few micro-drops, which is unacceptable in a high-end kitchen.

    Anyhow, it must have tasted fantastic, thank you for sharing!
