    Chives need work. Use a mould for the salmon so it’s nice and round instead of looking like it has been slopped on to the plate.

    Needs something crunchy for texture, the plating of the sauce is quite nice – just needs some work to make it more even

    People say both dots and swoops are outdated but I still like them. And I really like how you managed to do both in one go!!
