    The cuts on the red onion are atrocious and questionable on top of the tofu, and the tomatoes need to be cut.

    Think about how people are going to eat the dish in front of other’s when you’re plating.

    No one is going to eat the red onion on top of the tofu, probably not eating the tofu either tbh. The salad will have 2 bites of nothing but tomato and it’s unsightly to eat a whole cherry tomato in the environment this would be consumed in. You should take a manners course at a supper club and think about what you learn there to plate dishes.
