1 tbs butter
2 tsp white vinegar
3 tbs apricot jam
Bake 180 degrees for 30 min
SAUCE:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup fresh cream
1 tsp vanilla esence
1/3 cup water

Literally the best malva pudding. I tired yours quite a few times, then I decided to try Fatima sydows malva pudding for Christmas..everyone thought it was okay but don't get me wrong, she's still a great cook though. Today I made yours again and wow, we all loved it.

Wow, really delicious. Made this recipe with my 10yr old niece. When making the sponge we only added half a cup of brown sugar instead of a cup of sugar and it was still sweet and delicious. I highly recommend this amazing recipe. Many thanks for this recipe.🤗
Would the colour and flavour of the malva change if I use brown sugar and brown vinegar as opposed to white sugar and white vinegar?
