Salsa Snobs Second Salsa! This was so much better. No more cilantro paste! I decided to smoke the ingredients this time. To prevent salsa purée this time I added the ingredients in batches and pulsed. This made a huge difference. Smoke flavor is amazing. Texture is spot on for me. Really happy with this recipe!
