Taking advantage of a beautiful rainy day – creamy mashed potatoes with freshly ground 4 Seasons pepper and crumbled Telemea, meatballs and pickles.

My own invention ‘umbecha’ middle eastern and Japanese inspired fusion: baked tortillas, softened chickpeas fried with umboshi plum and garlic, Greek yogurt with tahini, garlic and lemon oil, crispy fried runny egg, topped with pine nuts and some crispy bacon.
