    I would call this pedestrian both in design and ingredients. The little piles of fries are not doing it for me. If you want to do something interesting with potatoes, the French cut is not that. The placement is haphazard, and crowded. Silver plate is a choice.

    I think, to me, it lacks intention and takes no risks in terms of flavor.

    I mean…. I’m gonna eat all of it. Just not with my eyes 😅 it looks very well cooked, just no offense, bluh playing.
